Services and technologies used

FuzeWork uses the following providers for secure operation, sign-in, payments, and optional features. Not every service processes data during every use of the app.

Providers

Google Cloud and Firebase

Purpose: Authentication, database, cloud storage, server functions, App Check, and operational security logs.
Data involved: Account data, company work data, and files users store in the service.
When used: Core application infrastructure.

Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch

Purpose: Mandatory non-generative safety classification of supported images.
Data involved: A downsized, re-encoded image copy and technical request metadata.
When used: When the user has not enabled optional Gemini processing, or when a permitted Gemini image check fails. SafeSearch does not classify text, extract receipt data, or decide an incident.

Google Cloud Natural Language moderateText

Purpose: Non-generative safety classification of supported text.
Data involved: Bounded text and technical request metadata.
When used: Used directly when the author has not permitted Gemini, or once as fallback when a permitted Gemini request is unavailable, fails, or returns no usable result. It is not called after a successful Gemini result. Output is probabilistic; Google does not guarantee quality for unsupported languages, and a human always makes significant decisions.

Google Gemini API

Purpose: Preventive safety checks of supported text and image attachments, suggested photo descriptions and tags, and optional receipt-data extraction.
Data involved: Bounded text or a downsized, re-encoded copy of a supported image; for optional extraction, the receipt expressly submitted for analysis.
When used: Before supported new content is published, during asynchronous completion of a check, and after receipt extraction is expressly started. Output is advisory and a human makes significant decisions.

OpenWeather

Purpose: Public daytime and nighttime temperatures for project reports.
Data involved: Project coordinates, date, and technical request metadata; not photos or personal attendance.
When used: Only when a company enables public weather for a project or report.

Apple, Google, and Meta

Purpose: Optional sign-in through the provider selected by the user.
Data involved: Authentication data needed to verify identity under the selected provider flow.
When used: Only when that sign-in method is used.

Apple App Store and Google Play

Purpose: App distribution and verification of subscriptions or purchases.
Data involved: Product, transaction, and app-account identifiers needed to verify a purchase.
When used: When installing, updating, or purchasing through a store.

Cloudflare Pages

Purpose: Hosting the public website, help centre, and legal pages.
Data involved: Ordinary technical web-request data.
When used: When public FuzeWork web pages are visited.
